CONDITION SURVEY ASSESSMENT

The Condition Assessment Survey includes performing an on-site visual, non-destructive condition assessment survey to observe and document the current conditions at the main structure of the building at the subject address. This will include sounding all elements such as balconies, walkways, columns, beams, walls, ceilings, etc. that are accessible and not covered by an existing finish. Belt Restoration Engineers will also document any waterproofing, cladding, sealant, paint, and roofing issues observed while sounding the elements described above.
This assessment includes a drone flyover with videos and pictures of the exterior of the building with individual photographs and locations of any damage in areas that are not observable from the ground level. This will include an IR scan of the roof.
A written assessment report will be compiled with photo documentation and our professional recommendation for proper repairs.
There will also be a phone conference meeting with the property management team to discuss the assessment report, the options for repair, and the next steps for Engineering.
